This marketing site collects no personal data. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers and no cookies set by us.

Your theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

When you contact us

If you email us or book a call, we process the details you provide in order to reply. We do not sell or share them.

The platform is separate

Data processed by the MedBackend platform on behalf of customers is governed by the applicable data processing agreement, not by this notice. Platform infrastructure is Swiss-resident: compute runs on Infomaniak OpenStack, and the FHIR service, databases and object storage run in Azure Switzerland North with Microsoft as a named sub-processor.
